My editor, Pablo Capra, read through approximately
4,000 of my poems dating back to 1973 and assembled
this "best of" compilation spanning the years.
From poems I wrote when I was 14 in India, through boarding
school, University, Europe and all the drug and alcohol
infused "party years" this books strings together
one talented editor's perspective on the most enduring
of my works. A point of pride with me.
